OUR PASTOR

​

Pastor Joshua Sanchez was born in Florence, AZ  but was raised in Mammoth, AZ.  He was dedicated as a baby in the Mammoth Potter’s House. At the age of 6, his parents divorced and he became angry with God and didn’t want anything to do with him. When he got into his teenage years he got into drugs and heavy drinking. You name the drug he tried it just to try it. He did a lot of cocaine and became an alcoholic.

 

On June 16, 2007, after a night of partying and almost having the cops called on him, His Nana Norma called her pastor, Pastor Mario Sanchez instead of calling the cops. He talked with Joshua and Josh came into the church the next morning still drunk and gave his life to Jesus Christ. When he finished praying he became sober immediately, he was delivered from drugs, alcohol, and everything else that day, Jesus completely changed him.

 

Since then he has been faithful to living for God and serving in the Mammoth church. He met his beautiful wife Erica during a revival service and they got married in a Jesus People wedding on September 12, 2010. On July 3, 2016, he and his wife took over the Mammoth Potter’s house as pastor. Pastor Joshua now pastors the same church he was dedicated in as a baby. Today Joshua and Erica Sanchez, along with their 2 nephews Jojo Sanchez, Adrian Sanchez, and their daughter Noelle Sanchez are leading the Mammoth church into reaching the world for Jesus Christ.
